I woke up to a clear sky and was out at
0705 GMT. I first took some full disc shots of the Moon, which was just past
last quarter. It showed well in the telescope and I also tried webcamming it
but had difficulty seeing the screen in daylight. One shot with the SPC880 showed some of the southern craters.
The Sun showed the same pattern of one large
and several smaller sunspots as before. However, the attempted webcam shots were out of focus.
